Terms of Service

What TelePost does
TelePost finds stories in your field, calls you, interviews you about one, and turns what you said into a draft article, a social caption, and prompts for artwork. You review everything. Nothing is published anywhere until you approve it.
Getting an account
Access is by invitation during early access. You need to be 18 or older, give accurate details, and keep your sign-in credentials to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Recorded calls
TelePost places outbound calls to the number you give it and records them. The call says so before asking anything, and you can end it there.
If you bring another person onto a call, obtaining their consent is your responsibility. Several US states and many countries require every party to a recorded call to agree. TelePost cannot verify that for you.
What you publish is yours — and your responsibility
You own your recordings, transcripts, and the articles produced from them. TelePost claims no rights over them beyond what is needed to operate the service for you.
You also answer for what goes out under your name. The drafts are generated by an AI model from your own words and can still be wrong, garbled, or unintentionally revealing. Read what it wrote before you approve it. Approval is the point at which it becomes yours.
Do not use TelePost to publish anything unlawful, defamatory, or infringing, to impersonate anyone, or to disclose confidential information you are not free to share — including your employer's.
Connected accounts, and what TelePost will not do
TelePost never posts to your social accounts. It does not auto-share, schedule, or publish anything to a third party on your behalf, and there is no setting that turns that on. When an article is ready, TelePost publishes it to your own blog here, tells you, and prepares the wording and artwork for each service. Posting it is a manual step you take yourself.
Connecting an account is used to sign you in and to fill in your profile. You can disconnect at any time under Connections, and revoke access from the service's own settings as well. Each of those services has its own terms, and using TelePost does not exempt you from them.
Costs
During early access TelePost is provided free of charge. The AI and telephony behind it are paid for by the operator, so heavy or automated use may be rate-limited. If pricing is introduced, you will be told before it applies to you.
Availability, and no warranty
This is early-access software running on a single server. It may lose data, miss a scheduled call, mis-transcribe you, or generate something wrong. It is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. Do not build a commitment to a third party on TelePost publishing something on time.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profits, lost opportunities, or reputational harm — arising from your use of TelePost. Since the service is free, any direct liability is limited to what you paid for it.
Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending it
You can stop at any time and ask for your data to be deleted. The operator may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms or that puts the service or other users at risk, and will say why.
Changes
These terms may change as the product does. Material changes will be communicated to account holders directly, not through a silent edit.
